Yes, hypnosis is considered safe when performed by a trained hypnotherapist. However, if you have a psychiatric condition you should seek medical advice before participating.

3. Can anyone be hypnotized?

Everyone who wants to be hypnotized can be. It may be easier for those experienced in mediation but even those who don’t meditate have transformative experiences.

4. Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No, you are always in control. Since you are always in control you also cannot get stuck. During hypnosis, only positive suggestions (affirmations) are said to help you move forward in the way you want.

10. How long does a hypnosis session last?

Most sessions are 90 minutes plus depending on what comes up and how we are intuitively led during the session. Social Media Lives and group sessions are a bit shorter since they are not personalized to one person.
